These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rbcl.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Rencontrer Business Consultants LLP ("RBCL", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India (Registration No. ACE-9310, GSTIN 37ABIFR4609M1ZO). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational resource describing RBCL's business consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 / software services capabilities, industries served, and ways to get in touch with us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of services. Any actual engagement is governed exclusively by a separately executed Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or equivalent written contract between RBCL and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam.
